It has come to our attention that the new intern, Bob, has been taking up too much space in the break room. His extensive collection of novelty socks is encroaching on our personal space.
After much debate, it was decided that Bob will be given an extra chair, but only if he agrees to wear his socks on Tuesdays.
Also, we will have to start paying for extra donuts for Bob, as his free donut days have clearly come to an end.

A new donut budget will be established, with a 20% increase to accommodate Bob's new needs.
